All Materials designed by Wendy van der Ploeg of WendyP Designs including but not limited to images and text, are protected by international conventions and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein and without express permission from Wendy van der Ploeg. Wendy van der Ploeg reserves the right to modify, update and changes the Terms of Use for any and all digital designs at any time without notice.

Personal Use License Agreement

YOU MAY:

• Incorporate products in original scrapbooking layouts & projects
• Resize, recolor, or add other graphics to the products for your personal use.
• Publish or display your work in any gallery, blog, forum, digital publications, or other media (magazines, etc.) provided that proper credit is given. Credit should be as follows: Name of Product by WendyP Designs.
• Use WendyP Designs PU Products in Scrap For Hire (S4H)/Scrap For Others(S4O) projects, as long as all images are flattened before providing them to a third party.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Claim these products as your own.
• Transfer license to another user.
• Use any designs, in any form, on any tangible or electronic form for anything other than personal use. This includes, but is not limited to web site/blog graphics, digital scrapbook products, web/print advertising, etc.
• Distribute or reproduce copyrighted products in any way. This includes pre-made pages and cards, and includes any free or resale items on any e-commerce site or blog.
• Share, loan, resell, or redistribute any digital products, including freebie products, as is or altered. Use these digital products to create obscene, immoral, pornographic, or defamatory work of any kind
