All Materials designed by Wendy van der Ploeg of WendyP Designs including but not limited to images and text, are protected by international conventions and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein and without express permission from Wendy van der Ploeg. Wendy van der Ploeg reserves the right to modify, update and changes the Terms of Use for any and all digital designs at any time without notice.

Commercial Use License Agreement

Please read this TOU agreement before using any CU product by WendyP Designs. These terms are intended for digital scrapbook designers and those who Scrap For Hire or for Others (S4H/S4O). If you do not fall into one of those categories, please contact me for information about an extended licensing quote.

YOU MAY:

• Use WendyP Designs CU products to create derivative digital scrapbook products for sale, provided that you SIGNIFICANTLY alter the original item before offering them for sale and that they do not make up more than 30% of any final product. For all patterns packs and vector illustration sets, you MUST make visible changes in color so it looks SIGNIFICANTLY different than the product preview. 
• Use products for Scrap For Hire (S4H) or Scrap For Others (S4O) projects as long as all images are flattened before providing them to a third party.
• Use products to create your own Personal Use pages and projects.
• You are allowed to make coordinating freebie products if you alter the item, not only recoloring.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Share these products with anyone under any circumstance.
• Use products for anything other than the creation of digital scrapbook products and low volume handmade products. This includes, but is not limited to website/blog design, logos/branding, and web/print ads. For low volume handmade products, all products must be delivered to the customer as a printed product, not as a printable file (ie. PDF of JPG).
• Redistribute products in their original form. These CU products must be altered/recolored before being sold to consumers.
• Use vector art or brush files to create cut files for resell.
• Use products to create your own commercial use items. 
• Use products for anything that is mass produced (ie. printed scrapbook kits, greeting cards, stationery, home decor, jewelry, clothing or any other merchandise).
• Use products to create any items for resale on eBay, Etsy, or any print on demand site such as Snapfish, Minted, Zazzle or Mixbook.
• Claim this product as your own.
